1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Synaptive website at synaptive.club or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospective learners, and enrolled students. We recommend reviewing them each time you interact with us, as they may be updated from time to time.

2. Our Services

Synaptive provides online AI education through structured, mentor-supported courses. Our current course offerings are:

• Core Concepts Track — a foundational programme on AI ideas and tools, with guided mini-projects and mentor support. Designed for learners willing to commit time and effort. Price: ฿3,800.
• Model Building Studio — a project-led course for learners with some programming background. Focuses on building and testing models with mentor code reviews. Price: ฿17,500.
• Production AI Track — an advanced programme on building structured AI systems. Includes peer review, mentorship, and portfolio work. Requires consistent effort. Price: ฿34,500.

Course content, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate any changes to enrolled learners in advance where possible.

3. Enrolment

To enrol in a Synaptive course, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate contact and personal information at the time of enquiry or registration
• Have the skills or background described as prerequisites for the chosen track (where applicable)

Enrolment is subject to confirmation from Synaptive. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if we believe the course is not a suitable match, and will communicate this clearly.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software environment meet any technical requirements communicated before the course begins.

4. Payments

Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in accordance with the payment schedule communicated during enrolment. Full payment details, accepted methods, and any instalment arrangements will be confirmed by Synaptive prior to the start of your course.

Prices displayed on our website are current at the time of publication. Synaptive reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice before a new enrolment period begins.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a course start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, at Synaptive's discretion
• Once a course has begun, refunds are not available unless Synaptive cancels or substantially alters the programme

To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method where possible.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website or participating in our courses, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form or communication
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or another learner's account
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without explicit written permission
• Engage in conduct that is disrespectful, abusive, or harmful toward other participants, mentors, or Synaptive staff
• Use course materials or access to our platform for any commercial purpose outside the scope of your personal learning

Synaptive reserves the right to remove a learner from a course and withdraw access if these standards are not upheld, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, written resources, and website content produced by Synaptive remain the intellectual property of Synaptive. This includes curriculum documents, videos, exercises, and assessment materials.

Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for their own educational purposes during their enrolment period. This licence does not extend to sharing, reselling, or repurposing materials for commercial use.

Work you produce as part of your course — including projects, code, and portfolio pieces — belongs to you. We may, with your consent, reference your work as an example in our promotional materials.

8. Disclaimers

Synaptive provides its courses and website content on an as-is basis. While we work to ensure content is accurate, current, and well-structured, we make no specific promises regarding particular outcomes from completing a course.

Learning results depend significantly on individual effort, background, and practice. We do not make claims about career changes, income, or job-readiness as a direct result of completing our programmes.

We are not responsible for any third-party tools, platforms, or services that learners choose to use in connection with their studies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Synaptive's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the amount paid by the claimant for the relevant course in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, interruption to studies caused by third-party technical issues, or changes to course scheduling.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website and course materials may reference or link to external websites and tools. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Synaptive does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Your interactions with any third-party service are governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

11. Termination of Access

Synaptive may suspend or terminate your access to our website or course platform if you breach these terms, engage in conduct that disrupts other learners, or for reasons of security or legal compliance.

You may also request termination of your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is assessed separately under our cancellations policy above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Synaptive's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at synaptive.club/terms-conditions.html, with the date of the most recent revision noted at the top.

Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners directly.
